Suppose you want to furnish ten similarly decorated hotel rooms. We plan a pair of artworks above each bed, for example two 40 × 60 cm canvases. Two related subjects can run through the rooms.

Start with one room
We choose a representative room together for the initial concept. Other room categories are considered separately: a narrower wall or a different fabric colour may need a variation. Once you choose the direction, we record subjects and quantities for each category.
What we need from you

Our artwork is printed on canvas and set in slim wooden floating frames. A narrow shadow gap separates the canvas from its frame. The texture stays visible without glass.

Can you plan different room categories together?
Yes. Share one example of each room category. We can develop related artwork for different layouts, bed widths and wall colours, and agree the scope together.
What about larger quantities and repeat orders?
We discuss quantities, available specifications and the conditions for repeat orders in your individual proposal. Availability is confirmed after that review.
Is the enquiry free?
Yes. Your enquiry and the initial art concept are free and non-binding. You receive a proposal with artwork, sizes, frames and the planned services. Payment is only due after you explicitly place an order on that basis.
What will the proposal include?
A coordinated selection of artwork, recommendations for sizes and frames, and a preview of the arrangement. For several rooms, we agree the scope beforehand. The preview illustrates the design; it is not a precise installation drawing.
How do you use AI?
We develop artwork with AI and match the selection to your interior. We may also analyse your room photos with AI and edit them for previews. Before sharing any photos, we agree the specific provider and necessary images with you. The form does not automatically send images to an AI service.
How are the canvas artworks finished?
Our artwork is printed on canvas and supplied in slim wooden floating frames. Choose natural wood, dark brown or black. We agree the format, dimensions and quantity to suit your walls and confirm them in your proposal before you order.
What photos should I upload?
Photograph each wall as straight on as possible, plus the room from a corner. This shows furniture, light and colour. A known measurement, such as the width of a bed, helps us judge scale. Room photos are required.
Do I have to accept the proposal?
No. You can accept, discuss changes or decline. There is no charge without an explicit order. Sending an enquiry or not replying does not count as an order.
Can I enquire as a private individual?
Yes. We can help with a holiday rental, a holiday home or your own home. You do not need a company or a business email address. The enquiry and initial concept are free for private individuals too.
Who delivers the artwork?
After you order, our print partner produces the agreed artworks and delivers directly to your address. Shipping costs and the expected schedule are set out in your proposal. We agree any split between several locations beforehand.

Artwork shaped around your hotel
A city hotel does not automatically need skyline photographs, just as a coastal property does not need a beach in every room. The character of your hotel and its existing interior are the starting point. Abstract artwork can pick up material colours without making a theme too literal. We work from room photos and agree which areas to plan together.
A visual connection across guest rooms
Room categories often differ in small ways: a wider wall, another layout or a cooler fabric colour. Related artwork in suitable sizes can respond to those differences. Lobbies, corridors and breakfast areas can follow the same direction. A room preview lets your team discuss the selection before ordering prints and frames.
Agree the specifications first
For art above a bed, the width of the headboard gives a useful sense of scale. Lights, reflections and fittings also matter. Tell us about existing frames, quantities and your schedule. Materials, fixings, delivery and any special requirements are expressly agreed before an order.

For ten rooms, two subjects can become twenty artworks. A different headboard or another room category may need an adapted composition. Tell us the room count, dimensions and schedule. Your proposal records the agreed subjects and quantities; our print partner delivers directly to the agreed address after you order.
