Provider and customers
The provider is Niklas Horstmann, Wanner Str. 22, 45888 Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Businesses, independent professionals and private individuals may enquire, including private owners of holiday properties. Your legal status as a consumer or business depends on the actual purpose of the subsequent transaction.
Free enquiry and initial concept
Submitting the form is free and non-binding. After reviewing the details, we agree the scope of the initial concept. The enquiry and first agreed concept create no payment obligation. We are not obliged to accept every enquiry and may decline unsuitable requests or ask for missing information.
Concept scope
The intended concept includes suggestions for artwork, sizes and frames, plus a visual representation of the planned arrangement. The scope for multiple rooms is agreed beforehand. Room previews may be created using AI. They illustrate a possible design and are not dimensioned installation plans. Colours, lighting, image details and perceived scale may differ from actual prints and rooms. A detailed hanging plan, site measurements or installation is only included by explicit agreement.
Design using AI
We use generative AI to develop artwork and to analyse and edit your room photos for the requested art concept. This may include reviewing colours and furnishings and showing proposed artwork in room previews. “AI-assisted design” describes this process; it does not promise a technical survey or automatic instant results. Client photos may only be used for the agreed project. Before sharing them with an external AI provider, we agree the specific service and necessary photos with you and provide the relevant privacy information. The form currently does not automatically forward photos to an AI service. Enquiring does not grant permission to publish your photos or use them for general model training.
Proposal, order and costs
An individual quote specifies services, quantities, materials, sizes, frames, total price, VAT where applicable, delivery charges and timing. Payment method and due dates are agreed in that quote. A paid contract only arises through an explicit order based on the quote and its corresponding acceptance. You may decline the proposal. Neither submission nor silence counts as an order. Additional or changed services are agreed before paid work proceeds. This form initiates no automatic payment.
Client materials and confidentiality
Only share content that may lawfully be used for the enquiry and concept preparation. Identify confidential content and restrictions on rights. Remove unnecessary personal data. The form does not automatically forward client photos to AI providers; any necessary transfer is agreed separately in advance. You retain your rights in uploaded materials. Publication as a reference requires a separate agreement.
Previews and usage rights
Previews are initially for internal assessment only. Publication, reproduction, transfer for production or commercial use requires a separate agreement. Rights in ordered results, and whether digital print files are included, are specified in the quote. Purely AI-generated results may lack independent copyright protection; enforceable copyright exclusivity is not generally guaranteed. Third-party rights must be respected.
Specifications and statutory rights
Requirements concerning materials, fire safety, fixings, cleaning, colour accuracy or deadlines must be stated before ordering and expressly agreed. A preview does not replace an on-site assessment of the wall or fixings. Statutory rights relating to defects, breaches of duty and damages remain unaffected. Individual agreements for the specific order take precedence over these terms.
Information for consumers
A free enquiry is not a paid order. Before any subsequent paid contract, consumers receive the information required for the specific proposal, including the total price with applicable taxes, delivery costs, payment, delivery and any applicable withdrawal rights. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The use of AI or the word “individual” does not in itself exclude a right of withdrawal. Whether an exception for goods made to consumer specifications or particular rules for services and digital content apply depends on the specific agreed performance. Any required instructions and declarations are provided separately before a paid contract; this enquiry form does not ask you to waive consumer rights.
